Registration Fees

All registration fees include 19% German VAT.

Fees include

• Participation in the conference
• Lunches and coffee breaks
• Workshop dinner on Thursday (registration necessary)
• Book of abstracts
• Conference proceedings

Please register via the online registration form.

Notes:
1) For registrations as a PhD student, a confirmation of a supervisor is necessary. The confirmation must be sent immediately after the registration to CMD (registration@cmd-congress.com). If the confirmation is not on hand, the full conference fee is to be paid on site at the conference.
2) Reductions for students from Ercoftac institutions are limited. They will be handled on a ‘first come first served’ basis until the available number is reached. A confirmation of a supervisor as well as a confirmation that the respective institution is a member of Ercoftac is necessary. The confirmation must be sent immediately after the registration to CMD (registration@cmd-congress.com). If the confirmation is not on hand, the full conference fee is to be paid on site at the conference.

Hotel reservation:

With your online registration you can reserve a room. A valid credit card is needed to guarantee your hotel reservation. More informations about the hotel are available here or directly on the online registration form.

You can also register to the conference without booking a hotel at first. Please use your Reorder Login if you want to complete your registration with a hotel order later (please use the email and password that you chose during the registration online).

For any changes/cancellations of your hotel reservation until March 18, 2013, please contact CMD directly! The hotel shall be contacted directly only for any changes/cancellations of your hotel reservation after March 18, 2013.

Cancellation:

For cancellations of the participation of the DLES 9 by February 1, 2013, a cancellation fee of 50 € will be charged. No refunds will be issued for any cancellation received after February 1, 2013. Should the registration fee still be outstanding, the total amount is due to CMD. However, in case of cancellation a substitute participant can be registered. For the registration of a substitute participant a handling charge of 50 € applies. Any cancellations and changes must be sent in writing to CMD.
